Our villa is a well equipped home located in the quiet Woodridge area to the west of Orlando just eight miles from Disney. Situated on a fairly small development called Clear Creek, the villa provides a base for visiting the many attractions around Orlando or you can unwind by the private pool and relax in the spa bath.

Clear Creek is a recently completed development that comprises mainly detached villas surrounded by countryside with a number of conservation areas and lakes. The landscaped gardens and common areas are well maintained. Conveniently situated for all the major attractions in the Orlando area, the development is served by a range of shops including a supermarket, bank, post office, pizzeria and petrol station, all of which are situated at the entrance to the estate.

The villa has three bedrooms, two bathrooms a further wc and will comfortably sleep eight. The master bedroom has a king size bed, en-suite bathroom and large walk in wardrobe; the second bedroom has a double bed and built in wardrobe; bedroom three has two sets of twin bunk beds. The family bathroom is situated between bedroom two and three, while the third wc is accessed from either the second bedroom or the pool area. There is a spacious lounge, fully fitted kitchen-diner with formal seating for six; utility room and double garage.

Facilities include: washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher, microwave, air-conditioning, cable tv, VCR, hi-fi, second tv, phone (local calls free, other calls by phone card).

The 30ft x 14ft, screened swimming pool has a spa bath at one end; heating is available as optional extra. The patio furniture consists of a table, four chairs and four sun loungers. The swimming pool faces south and backs onto conservation land.

Domestic

We provide linen and towels (but please bring your own beach towels). The villa is managed on our behalf by a local management company that looks after a number of villas in Clear Creek. They ensure that the villa is professionally cleaned before each arrival and are available to answer any questions or provide assistance at any time during your stay.

Getting There

Clear Creek is just off Highway 27 one mile from the junction with I-192. It is approximately 30 minutes drive from Orlando International airport and 50 minutes from Orlando Sanford airport. Flights from the UK also land at Tampa airport, which is about 75 minutes drive. Car hire is strongly recommended.
